Jungian Analysis and Depth Psychotherapy

As a Jungian Analyst and psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of assisting individuals in their healing processes and inner work.  The word psychotherapy comes from the Greek works psyche which means soul and the word therapeia which means to tend or to care for.  Thus, my aim as a Jungian analyst and psychotherapist is to care for and tend to one’s soul.

Deep within us lies a wellspring that knows the answer to the question of who we are and how we each can live a deep, meaningful, soulful life.  We can each find that wellspring by looking inward.  Through dreams, art, journaling and movement, we can touch into that place within ourselves.  All too often as we each cope with the trials and tribulations of daily life we lose that connection to our own inner wisdom.  Jungian analysis and depth psychotherapy assist each individual in re-connecting to their own wellspring to their own answers.

I welcome new clients/patients to my analytic practice.  Healing and true psychological change come from finding one’s own truth and true nature.  Whether your symptoms take the form of depression, anxiety, eating disorder, self-destructive behaviors or addictions breakthroughs can take place in a safe, confidential and trusting environment.  I have assisted individuals and couples for over 30 years in finding their own inner truths and leading lives based on their truths.
