Fees

FEES

My regular fee is $250 per therapy hour or by special arrangement. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due before or at the time of your scheduled appointment.  Fees may be paid in cash using Venmo or check unless other arrangements have been made. 

INSURANCE

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Paperwork can be provided for you to submit to your PPO for in Network or out of Network reimbursement.  My bookkeeper can bill your insurance out of courtesy.  To bill your insurance, you need to provide a copy of both sides of your insurance card.

CANCELLATION

Your scheduled appointment each week is your commitment to our work together.  If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session.
